Hooray for Organization!

The kid's toy closet was a hot mess. Toys were shoved everywhere, you couldn't find anything....it was a disaster. So I took advantage of Target's after-Christmas sale and bought some $5 plastic bins and vowed to defeat the toy closet monster. We weeded through their toys, separated it all into 4 catagories and POOF a nicely organized toy closet has now emerged. My next goal is to take some photos of the toys that are in each box, print it out and tape those up on the bins too. That way, the kids know exactly what is in them and it'll be easier during clean up time (hopefully). :)

I didn't take any before photos but here's some "after" ones! :)

4 catagories for all the toys: Crafts, Educational, Make Believe and Musical

I ever made a Lost Box for toys that get separated from it's little family. This is for those stray toys that we find here and there but haven't put away yet. instead of just picking it up off the floor and putting it on the table or something - we can throw it in the Lost bin and next time we pull out the toys, put it in the appropriate spot. :)
